Our managed web hosting guarantee is pro-rated per hour on a monthly basis. We will refund 100% of your money for the amount of downtime in minutes. So if your site was down for 1 hour and you pay $1500/month then we will send you a PayPal payment for $2.00.

The formula to calculate this is easy.  There are 720 hours in one month.  So you divide the amount you pay per month for your managed hosting services by 720 then you multiply that number by the number of hours you were down, as verified by HostBandit.com.

But to make you feel safe and secure that your managed hosting and managed servers are protected by a 100% uptime guarantee here are some examples:

Down 10 hours, paying $1500/month:

$1500/720hours x 10hours =  $20.83

Note, we have to verify the downtime ourselves and this guarantee doesn’t apply if the downtime is a result of problems on your end or as a result of the forces of nature, your isp, your intern spilling coffee on your keyboard and/or lap, or any problem outside the internal hosting network of HostBandit.com.  The final decision for the number of hours, if any, of downtime is ours.
